Students interested in studying abroad with a pre-approved program for the Fall 2020 term must apply to Wesleyan’s Office of Study Abroad by March 1, 2020.
In addition to submitting Wesleyan’s own online application, students must also submit an application directly to the provider or institution. Wesleyan students must satisfy all requirements and comply with the policies, regulations, and application procedures set by both Wesleyan’s FCGS and the program itself.
Interested students should create a profile through ViaTRM and complete the appropriate application to qualify for permission to study abroad through Wesleyan. Applicants are also required to attend a First Steps meeting (group advising session) in the Office of Study Abroad. First Steps meetings are available on a drop-in basis and run continuously every 20-25 minutes during our office hours (MWF 10-12pm, TTh 2-4pm).
After submitting their applications students should expect to hear back regarding the status of their acceptance within one to three weeks.
