Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship Alumni Panel

The Fulbright US Student Program is the United States’ premier international cultural exchange program for US citizens and nationals. Through Fulbright, Wesleyan graduates can teach, research, or study in one of 140+ countries for an academic year. Come to our alumni panel to learn more about the program and to hear how the application process works at Wes! Wesleyan has been a Top Producing Institution with the Fulbright program for 7 years running.

On Friday, February 27th at 12:15 – 1:15 PM in Fisk 201 we will welcome two Wesleyan alumni for a Q&A about their experiences with the Fulbright program:

  • Czarina Yuffa ‘25 majored in the College of Social Studies and Religion and minored in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. She is currently an English Teaching Assistant (ETA) in Uzbekistan.
  • Teva Corwin ’25 majored in Hispanic Literatures and Cultures and American Studies at Wesleyan. She is currently a Fulbright ETA in Mexico.
