Getting Ready For Spring Break International Edition

 

 

Staying on Campus:

Students will be able to access meals on campus from March 7 to March 22, 2020. The deadline to sign up for the meal plan was Tuesday, February 25, 2020. If you still feel as though you are in need of the plan please contact Michelle Myers-Brown, Director, Usdan University Center at dining@wesleyan.edu.

Traveling:

Wesleyan Transportation offers shuttle buses to Bradley airport, New Haven train station and Hartford train station. All shuttles leave Wesleyan from the front of Usdan University Center. Reservations must be made in advance through the University Center Box Office. Payment due upon reservation and can be made in cash, student charge or credit card. No refunds allowed. The reservation deadline is Wednesday, March 4. Check here for details.

Traveling Outside of the U.S. for F-1 Visa Holders:

Please check to make sure that you have a valid passport (6 months into the future), an unexpired F-1 visa and a valid travel signature on page 2 of your I-20. A travel signature is valid for 12 months. You need to have a valid travel signature on the day you return to the U.S. To obtain a travel signature, visit OISA at 023-024 of North College during the drop-in hours (Tues. 11:00 am-12:00 pm; Wed. 11:00 am- 12:00 pm; Thurs. 3:30-4:30 pm; Fri. 2:00-3:30 pm) with your I-20.

Traveling within the U.S.for F-1 Visa Holders:

A travel signature on your I-20 is not required when traveling within the U.S. You must bring the original copy of your I-20 and passport while you travel. Your I-20 is the proof of your legal status in the U.S. The passport is the proof of your identity.
